About the Role
Flickoly is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive – Field Sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential business clients, understanding their digital marketing requirements, presenting suitable solutions, generating sales opportunities, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses and meet business owners/decision-makers.
• Identify potential clients who need Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Social Media Marketing and related services.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking and local business outreach.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions.
• Present Flickoly’s services and explain their benefits to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Prepare quotations/proposals in coordination with the team.
• Negotiate and help close sales.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidates with experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Direct Sales or B2B Sales are preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
• Candidates should be comfortable travelling locally for client meetings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain services confidently to business owners.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.
